How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, go to the login page and click on "Forgot Password". Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you a link to create a new password. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder.
Why is the audio not syncing with the video?
Audio sync issues can often be resolved by refreshing the page or checking your internet connection. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox for the best experience. If the problem persists, try clearing your browser cache or disabling hardware acceleration in your browser settings.
Can I download lessons for offline viewing?
Yes! Premium members can download video lessons and accompanying sheet music PDF files. Look for the "Download" icon below the video player. Please note that downloaded content is for personal use only and cannot be shared.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings page under the "Billing" tab. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
What equipment do I need to start?
It depends on the course! Generally, you will need your instrument, a computer or tablet with internet access, and a webcam if you plan to submit assignments for review. Specific gear requirements are listed on each course's description page.
